How Robots Learn From Us: Turning Human Skills Into Data
Listen to XRDAM founder Derrick Swanepoel share his experience at the forefront of human–robot interaction and the future of work. From robot training and imitation learning in robotics to the data infrastructure that makes teaching robots real-world skills possible, we discuss what it takes to prepare people and economies for large-scale automation.
What happens when robots can be programmed to master any trade? Will we witness one of sci-fi’s core plots turning into reality or, on the contrary, the rise of a healthier and more sustainable world?
In this conversation with our host Sebastian Streiffert, Derrick Swanepoel shares how XRDAM bridges robot programming and workforce transformation, why robot learning and human–robot interaction are central to the next industrial revolution, and what it means for individuals to design lives around purpose when traditional jobs may no longer exist. From Web3 to AI to decentralized platforms, this is an insightful look into systems powering the next phase of robotics and AI adoption.
