AI-BOB is a Sweden-based startup with a mission to stop buildings from being built wrong. The company aims to reduce the number of construction errors that cost Sweden €10B annually (equivalent to 50,000 new homes) by using AI to streamline design validation and simplify compliance.
Their core product works as a copilot inside design environments like Autodesk Revit, providing instant feedback on building compliance, accessibility, and quality. By catching issues early, AI-BOB helps teams prevent costly rework and reduce material waste across the construction lifecycle.

- Designed and implemented a structured suite of accessibility validation rules, covering a range of layout scenarios, ensuring the copilot could assess different building configurations with consistency and accuracy.
- Migrated complex validation logic from the Revit layer to the backend, centralizing all business logic on the server side.
