Solution
After a few initial conversations to better understand the client’s needs, we proposed recruiting developers from Ukraine. Within a short timeframe, we hired the first two developers, eventually expanding to a team of five. The team is a balanced mix of three back-end (.NET) and two front-end (React/React Native) developers, working tightly with the client’s in-house teams. We’ve been cooperating since January 2018, and our partnership continues to grow.

By assembling a highly skilled, dedicated team, we’ve helped our client save up to 40% in hiring costs while maintaining high productivity and performance standards.
